Monthly fees may include hosting, AI usage, automation monitoring, and system maintenance.

3.3 Usage-Based Charges

SMS, call minutes, email credits, and phone numbers are billed based on actual usage using Go High Level’s pricing model.

3.4 Late Payments

Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Ownership

4.1 Client Ownership

Upon full payment, the website design, copy, and content become the client’s property.

4.2 Creo Haus Ownership

AI workflows, automations, templates, and frameworks remain owned by Creo Haus.

5. Revisions & Scope

Projects include a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

6. Hosting

Websites are hosted on Go High Level’s infrastructure. Cancellation may deactivate hosting and automations.

7. AI Limitations

AI tools may generate inaccurate responses and require ongoing monitoring.

8. Liability Limitations

Creo Haus is not responsible for indirect damages, lost revenue, or system downtime. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 30 days.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep business information, data, and project details confidential.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding payments must be completed.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
